The Adventures of Elvis the Pug is a children's inspirational and educational series for the ages of 7-to-11 (Grades 2-5). It's about a beautiful Pug puppy – Elvis – who learns about geography, animals, history, science, math, etc. while reinforcing FAMILY VALUES and to treat others fairly
Full of twists and surprises, this 90-page story will certainly capture your child's interest as they learn valuable information and cherished life lessons. The goal is to reinforce FAMILY VALUES and the meaning of making the RIGHT friends.
The series follows the education foundation – laid down by Dr. Seuss, Walt Disney, and Sesame Street – where kids can learn more about various schools subjects and family values via other kids and characters.
One night, after a summer of fun, the proud Pug laid down to rest during a terrible storm. However, instead of a good sleep, he is swept away by the rugged St. Clair River and finds himself over 30 miles away from home, in Canada. Elvis, who nearly drowned, has no idea how to get back home. Then, the poor little Pug befriends several helpful animals (a goose, squirrel, horse, sheep, bull, cow, chicken, bee and pelican) who all help Elvis on his journey home.

- Elementary Teacher says: "This well-written book is like the “Wizard of Oz”, but for 21st Century…There’s no place like home!
- Amazon Hall of Fame Reviewer (internationally acclaimed college adviser) says: "This debut novel project is not only a fine story beautifully presented, but it also is a stimulus for other youngsters to enter the field of writing...it's an excellent book on every level and an inspiration to adults to share the joys of reading ad communicating with youngsters."
- Top Reviewer (teacher and librarian in Texas) says: "This book is a family affair with illustrations by talented 4th grader Danica and editing (better than in some self-published novels I have seen!) by 5th grader Dominic. The story follows Elvis the Pug, a likable pup who is carried 50 kilometers from home and must find his way back. Along the way, he learns geography and definitions from the friendly animals who help him find his way home."
- Famous Author writes: "This book is filled with lots of information because little puppies have a lot to learn. Children reading this book will learn about these animals and about the wonderful land of Canada. Even adults will be able to learn some of these things… This story is more than imaginative. It's dreamy! It is engaging enough to have them looking forward to more installments so they can have more adventures with Elvis"
